How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Do you need a duplicate of your invoice after your purchase? Then our customer service team will send it to you by email.

Online purchases: Log in to your IKEA account on our website. Go to the "Order history" section to view and download your invoices.

In-store purchases: If you provided your email address at the time of purchase, the invoice was sent to you electronically. Otherwise, contact our customer service with your purchase details (date, amount, store) to receive a copy.

IKEA Business Network members: Log in to your IKEA Business Network profile to access your purchase history and download your invoices.
