How do I order small spare parts?

You can order small spare parts online at IKEA.be, via your IKEA Family account in the My Purchases section, or directly from IKEA in-store customer service.

You can order small spare parts at any time and free of charge after your purchase.
To identify the part you need, refer to the assembly instructions that came with the product. If you no longer have them, go to the product page on IKEA.be, then open the Product Description tab and then Timeline and Documents. There you will find the part number (6 to 8 digits), which is necessary to place an order.
The order can be made Online or in-store. The spare part is delivered within a maximum of 14 working days after the order is placed.
  1. Order your small spare parts online: Enter the part number to order in our Tool (This tool is not available in the IKEA app).
  2. Log in to your IKEA Family account: If you used your account during the purchase, your product will appear in My purchases. Select it and click Order spare parts. This button may not appear if the product does not contain loose parts, if it is discontinued or out of stock, or if the order has been cancelled or returned.
  3. Visit the store : if you need the part quickly, you can also go to a IKEA store, at the Customer Service, located near the exit. A limited selection of small spare parts is available. If the part is in stock, an IKEA co-worker can give it directly to you. If not, he can order it and arrange delivery for you.
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery tracking is not available, as parts are sent in a standard envelope.
