How do I order large spare parts?

If you want to order a larger spare part or can't find the part number, you can contact customer service online or in IKEA stores.

You can order large replacement parts if you need to renew a product you already own, a product that is no longer under warranty, or a product that has not been available. Large spare parts do not have identification numbers like small ones and require the help of an IKEA co-worker to identify and order. 
  1. Order online. You can contact IKEA customer service on +32 2 719 19 19 to order a large spare part. A staff member will help you identify the part you are missing, and inform you about the availability and price of the part. If the part is in stock, they will help you finalize the order and arrange delivery for you. Please have your order number or receipt handy when contacting a colleague. 
  2. Place an order in store. If you choose to go to an IKEA store, be sure to bring your purchase invoice or receipt. If you have used your account IKEA Family At the time of purchase, you can also access your receipt by logging in and viewing your purchase history. Once at the store, go to the customer service counter, usually located near the exit. An IKEA will help you identify the missing piece. If the part is in stock, you may be able to take it home immediately. Otherwise, the colleague can help you arrange a home delivery when the part is in stock.
You can choose to have your large spare delivered directly to your home, or opt for the Click and Collect option if your order is linked to your account IKEA Family. The delivery of large spare parts takes up to three weeks.
After ordering your replacement part, you will receive a confirmation email. A tracking link will be provided in the confirmation email so you can track the status of your delivery.
