Crunchy snack platter

Spice up your snack game with these yummy golden breaded pieces! Paired with fresh veggies and a zesty dip, it’s the perfect, plant-based dish to share with friends and family.

Ingredients 

  • 12 SLAGVERK breaded wheat-based pieces
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 dl yoghurt, plant-based or regular
  • 1/2–1 tsp cumin
  • 1–2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2–1 tsp oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step by step 

  1. Cook the breaded pieces according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Rinse, peel, and cut the carrots into sticks.
  3. Rinse and cut the bell pepper and cucumber into sticks.
  4. Mix the yoghurt with cumin, paprika powder and oregano.
  5. Season the dip sauce with salt and pepper.

 

Tip! Make multiple dip sauces for variation and let the kids make their own. Enjoy!
