Light, airy design with high legs and slim lines, yet still a great comfort thanks to the elastic weave in the bottom and high resilience foam in the seat cushions.

The sofa's sections can be used freestanding or combined in different ways to get a size and shape that suits you and your home.

If you need a larger sofa, you can add a section or two to your existing combination.

You can create your own perfect combination with the planning tool. Assemble, take apart and put together again until it’s just right.

The high legs make it easy to clean the floor under the furniture.

This cover is made of Tonerud, a soft polyester fabric with a felt look and a two-toned melange effect.

The cover is easy to keep clean since it can be machine washed and is easy to take off and put on again.

Over 30,000 cycles means a good ability to resist abrasion.The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist colour fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.This seating furniture is tested and complies with relevant strength and durability standards. The tests simulate typical usage of the product and are based on use by persons weighing up to 110 kg.

Quality dropped drastically KatWe purchased 2 SÖDERHAMN chase lounges 3 years ago and were very happy with them. We recently purchased this one seater to add in the middle of our chase lounges to accommodate for growing family. The new seater and back cushions are so much thinner than the chase lounge cushions we’ve had for years! It’s so disappointing to see ikea now compromising on quality it used to be so famous for.
