The base is attached and secure, not like some I’ve seen that come apart too easily. Can easily lift it and move it when needed.
Base uses ball bearings and seems very solid. So even with the things on top being unbalanced it rotates just fine. Easy enough to push but with some resistance so it stops securely without disturbing things on it.
High quality item which is worth the price. Fantastic 5/5.
