Good frame, disappointing wheel designZiggyThis trolley was great at first. I used it to move stacked IKEA Samla tubs of supplies for a group I run. The frame is genuinely sturdy, folds very flat, and still feels strong and solid.
The issue is the wheels. After about a year, they started splaying outward and the trolley became very wobbly. By the last time I used it, I could only walk a few metres before stopping to recentre the load. It shook the tubs loose, broke a couple of tub corners, and eventually one tub fell off and spilled supplies across the ground.
There does not seem to be a practical way to tighten or replace the wheels on their own, so an otherwise solid trolley becomes unusable because one part fails. This could be an excellent trolley if the wheels were maintainable or replaceable. IKEA’s sustainability messaging would mean more if products this sturdy were designed to be repaired.

Perfect for my purposeRobinThis is exactly what I was looking for. The mechanism for pushing the wheels in and out for putting away or using needs refinement, and the click into position for the base could be better, but these are minor things.

Handy Dandy trolley that folds flatJudieThis is such a handy product. It can move those cardboard delivery boxes into your house or even move smaller lighter pieces of furniture you just want to move from one room to another. I even load it up with my grocery bags by adding a box to the trolley and holding it in place with an okky strap. Uses only limited by your imagination. I love it!

wobbly wheels makes it hard to control when has a bit of weightKaterinaThis trolley is not as good as the original blue one, the wheels are flimsy and wobble every time it carries a load greater than 10kg. Ikea should make the wheels the same as old model!

Almost there... but not quiteGaryThe IKEA trolley has improved in major ways. The inclusion of the bungie cord is significant and the folding mechanism is the right idea. Unfortunately it is a little flimsy and really only works properly when pushed rather than pulled as the wheels splay out when there is weight on the trolley.
