Don't judge a book by it's cover!JulieI was a bit sceptical at first but truly surprised by it's performance. The locking mechanism is easy to use and won't budge when locked. It can hold quite a bit of weight and is a great design. I only wished in came in a nicer colour! I loved this item so much, I went back and purchased a few more, very handy!4
Low weight limit.PatrickI have so many of these exact trays over my home and they have all stayed fixed to the wall for months, I even have one which sits in the shower and gets wet daily and has yet to fall.
I think some key details that you have to keep in mind when picking this are;
It has a capacity of 1KG.
It needs to be applied to a smooth surface like glass, tile, smooth plastic.
Surface needs to be clean.
I would suggest that either the installation or overloading is causing the issues in other reviews.
Would appreciate a version with higher weight rating as 1kg is quite low even for such a small shelf.

Handy shelfJaneAt first I couldn't get this to stay stuck. I am not strong enough to press on it. After I got help from a strong person it has stayed put. Only suitable for light weight items. I use it for toothpaste and floss successfully.3

Great suction and design RositaI was concerned about the suction quality after reading the reviews but I loved the design so I gave it a shot and I’m so glad I did. These are so functional and easy to apply if done right. Read the instructions and watch the demo video if you have trouble applying. 5
Suctions problem CeciliaI love the look and good design. I thought I eventually found this perfect organiser which I couldn’t find anywhere else. However one of the suction cup didn’t stay on the wall tiles no matter how many times I pressed it back. Then I started looking on the reviews on the website and I noticed the same complaints from others on the reviews. I wish they could improve on these suction cups as this tray design is the best! 1

One of the two suction cups loses suction constantly. I've tried moving it to different tiles, but still no luck. The other suction cup will not budge no matter where I put it, so I guess it's just a fault with with that one side.2

The suction cup is great quality & works well on the tiles in my bathroom above the bathtub. I have a few bath related scrubby things hanging from the hooks & a comb and razor along the mini-shelf created by the three hooks. Very versatile and useful item! No fussLydia JFunctional and does its job without any issues. I use it to hold my sponge and brush for dishwashing and haven’t had to think about it falling off etc. If you do have any issues with its adhesiveness, I would recommend wiping off the suction cup with warm soapy water and blowing it crisp dry with a hair dryer.5

They don’t mount like the video. Suction function doesn’t work. After many …many attempts they finally stuck… and fell off in seconds. The shelf part slides out if touched, moved.
