No suction!JeannineWhile the product might be well made and functional, the suction does not work on either a glass surface, a painted wall or tiles. Thankfully it was not an expensive item and so unfortunately it went to landfill.

BadKarenThe suction cups didn’t stay on the wall. Only put a bar of soap in and it was already falling off the wall. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
tray falls off all the timeYanit's a two piece assembly. the bottom piece falls off ALL THE TIME I can't be bothered returning it. Very disappointing. Please improve or derange it.

To be fair, it's in our kitchen holding scourers, vege brushes, soaps, and plugs, so not bearing too much weight.

Low weight limit.PatrickI have so many of these exact trays over my home and they have all stayed fixed to the wall for months, I even have one which sits in the shower and gets wet daily and has yet to fall.
I think some key details that you have to keep in mind when picking this are;
It has a capacity of 1KG.
It needs to be applied to a smooth surface like glass, tile, smooth plastic.
Surface needs to be clean.
I would suggest that either the installation or overloading is causing the issues in other reviews.
Would appreciate a version with higher weight rating as 1kg is quite low even for such a small shelf.

Suctions problem Anonymous reviewerI love the look and good design. I thought I eventually found this perfect organiser which I couldn’t find anywhere else. However one of the suction cup didn’t stay on the wall tiles no matter how many times I pressed it back. Then I started looking on the reviews on the website and I noticed the same complaints from others on the reviews. I wish they could improve on these suction cups as this tray design is the best!
