It’s easy to keep sockets and cables out of sight but close at hand with the cable outlet at the back.
You can mount the legs to the right or left, according to your space or preference.
You can extend your work surface by combining desks and drawer units. All desks and drawer units in the MICKE series are the same height.

Disappointing assemblyCaseyDecent desk, but the approach towards using self tapping screws and requiring the user to manually awl is pretty disappointing and in my view goes against the user friendly IKEA ethos. Feels like a cheap cost cutting method to avoid having to mill the required holes and deferring to the user. The sliding drawer is also just not very functional and the provided screw adds too much friction to the plastic moulded assembly for a smooth withdrawal.
Small corner deskSeanMain surfaces is prone to scratches, pen marks, and chipping. I took a lot of care when building it and I still managed to chip the side somehow. I'm not looking for an L-shaped protection mat to try to extend it's life.
Great desk, except for Pull Down storageSharonDesk is little tricky to put together, lots of parts to it but is ideal for fitting in corner with plenty of desk space. Not keen on the pull down enclosed storage, this is awkward to use and really doesn’t fit much. I have taken off front and created an open space for books like the other side, much more efficient for me.

Good, but it needs better instructionsAbbyDesk seems to be good, went together well. But the instructions are inconsistent, there are multiple pages the same (there are 2 lots of steps 1-6), some of the instructions make no sense. Nothing is labeled with number.
Looks and styleKarenThis is a great workspace and while large to transport and time consuming to construct, it is doing the job admirably and is aesthetically appealing. I also like there are additional pieces if need arises.
My only hesitation is the very back leg is not a strong composition therefore care is needed when building and moving.

Stylish space-saving desk with smart storageStephenI’ve been using the MICKE corner workstation for a little while now, and it’s a solid piece for anyone trying to maximize space. The design is super efficient—there’s ample storage, including shelves and a cable management compartment that keeps things tidy. One of my favorite features is the magnetic board on the back—great for pinning notes, reminders, or even small tools with magnetic hooks.
The only downside is that the side storage panel can be a bit stiff to open and close. It takes some force, and I wish it were a bit smoother.
Faulty item inside AlaaI recently purchased a corner desk from your store, and while I was initially impressed with its design and how well it fit into my space, I encountered a disappointing issue.
When I tried to move the desk to a different position, one of the supports broke. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the leg was hollow for about three-quarters of its length, with only a thin outer wall giving the appearance of being solid. This design choice significantly compromised the desk's durability and left me questioning the overall quality of the product.

Great corner deskCarolinaWe purchased the Micke corner desk for my daughter. Easy to install, it doesn't take much space in the bedroom and has space for books and stationary and cable management space for lamps or any electrical devices. My daughter loves it!

What is constructed board?
We use constructed boards when manufacturing many of our pieces of furniture, such as tables and wardrobes. They are light yet still stable and strong. Each board has a frame made of chipboard, fibreboard or solid wood, while the inside is a honeycomb filling structure made of mostly recycled paper, which is extra durable thanks to its special construction. The board is then covered with a protective paint, foil or veneer depending on the style wanted.
