Neat chest of drawersJoyceWas quite easy to put together if you have some experience in flat pack furniture. Instructions aren't great but once all parts were unpacked and organized it was ok. It would be helpful if parts were numbered to correspond with instructions. The unit seems strong and stable. No parts missing.

Quality is not as expectedVietBought 2 brand new but already got some chips at the corner. The wood quality of some of the order is not good, like they have been stored in somewhere humid, you can see the end got bent away and not straight. 5 years ago I bought an Ikea cupboard and it is still standing strong. Now the product quality is not as good, very concerning.
Easy to assemble JohnnetteI found putting this together was so easy especially with the instructions in the booklet. This is exactly what I needed for my daughter. Drawers are deep inside.
Drawer stuck - poor built-in quality Tsung-HanBeing very happy with most purchase from IKEA; but not this one. Having a big issue on the quality of this product. One of the drawers stuck due to one screw at one side of the built in drawer track did not screw in properly(the track was factory built-in). Once the drawer being pushed in, it can't be pulled out! Tried to unassembl all parts but just can't fix it.
Drawers don’t align.StuartWe sent the first one back because the top two drawers did not align and the white coating was chipped.
New one arrived (customer service were great!), but the same problem was evident. By this stage I could not be bothered to get a third one.
