    There are two different versions of these pillows, that is not adequately disclosed.KyleThere are two versions of this pillow, one being the Bulgarian version which is thicker and has more support and the other is a Chinese version with has less support. I noticed this when one of these pillows from abroad was more supportive on my neck, and the other from Australia being too soft. Why is this not disclosed on the packaging? This is asking for legal trouble, I'm now stuck with a gift card because I opened and used the product and can not buy the original Bulgarian version. Why are there even two different versions in the first place?1
    Good value memory foam pillowMiikoThis is my third time buying this pillow, it was actually for a friend who fell in love with the Klubbspore on my bed. I like how adjustable it is, it has a cooling side along with a normal side and the shape/height is supportive, you can turn the pillow around to have the curved side up if you don't like it. The foam core strikes a good balance between mouldable while being slightly springy (like latex pillows) so it doesn't mess up your neck by the time you wake up. I recommend using a pillow protector before your pillowcase though because the surface material doesn't take long before it starts to pill up.5

    How to care for your ergonomic pillow

    With a little care, you can prolong the life of your ergonomic pillow and keep it fresh. It is important that you do not wash the foam, as this will affect the pillow's quality and function. However, you can always wash the outer pillow cover. Remove the cover from the foam and machine wash at max. 40°C, regular cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, max. 60°C.
