Contact surfaces are covered with Grann – a soft, smooth and strong grain leather with natural variations. Other surfaces have Bomstad, a coated fabric.

a crack in the frameMahnazWe bought this couch over 3 weeks ago, and it was delivered to us yesterday. It was such a disappointment to find a crack in the frame of the couch! Poor quality of the wood that is used in this couch. We really didn't expect IKEA to send us a faulty product! Anyway, we couldn't be bothered to return the item, so we assembled it. It's very chic, but I hope it works for us, and we won't have to replace it soon2
Kivik black leather sofa - great quality and priceDaleAugust 2023 - we bought two three-seater black leather Kivik sofas. Arrived in large boxes but simple to assemble for two people (hint: use a rug to assemble sofa on).
