Measure twiceAnonymous reviewerI measured my window and then used the cutting guide to determine where to cut. But when installing I found it was cut it too narrow for the window. I’d suggest confirming the ‘number’ (ie measurement) before actually cutting. Luckily I’d bought the blind from ‘as is’.
Functional!DavidThis blinds works a treat, blocking out the light as intended. The setup and cutting of it can be a bit of process if you haven't done it before, just be patient with and follow the cut guides. Ensure you clean the holder tool out as you cut it will mark the blind and you will be disappointed. Use a very sharp razor to cut the blind. Trial fit as much as you can before sticking it on.
Missing option to mount onto older window frameAThe install difficulty was significantly harder due to only having the option of the L bracket for installing directly to the window. It would be great if an alternative straight bracket was available to allow you to screw/stick directly onto the wooden window frames for older windows that have fly screens and don’t have a big enough surface to mount on. Frame got scratched when cutting due to the little shards in the bracket.
It is great to finally have an option to customise the size of the blinds.
