Doesn't look like photoJuliaIt's more greyish in real life and the backboard looks like mdf and wood look paper foil. I haven't put it up yet after 3 years cos it's kind of ugly.
Strange sizingAidanI assumed this would be the length of two studs, with screw holes right at the ends so that you could mount two of them to the same stud. But instead it's too short, so you're forced to use drywall plugs. For something like this which might need to take a fair bit of load, I would have hoped they would put a bit more thought into the design.
Useful for non-bulky coatsAnitaWe needed to glue in the post shaped "hooks" as they wouldn't stay with just pushing them in.
The hooks are more like straight pegs and don't have anything there to stop coats from sliding off, so each hook can only take one coat.
Attractive and easy to install in a contemporary looking hall at home.

Real wood, practical and simple styling.SaraI understand why screws into the wall are not supplied. However, it would have been helpful to get 2 of what would be standard. Especially since hardware shops were not open when product arrived.
