I tried it a few times and saved my pennies and bought on for my WFH office. Beats the ergonomic ones in the office !!!
Balance of style and ergonomicsSamMuch better than a high nback chair in my opinion as it encourages a better seated posture. Also, more compact so easy to move around the home office. Only complaint I have is it would be good if the armrests could extend a bit higher. I am a tall guy, so the height isn't quite where it needs to be. The easy solution though was to alter my standing desk setup a bit.
Comfortable Chair with Minor FlawsHanThe chair is overall good and comfortable, and it meets expectations for everyday use. The backrest is slightly low, which I anticipated, so it doesn’t detract much from the experience.
That said, I did notice a loose strand of thread on the seat base, an unexpected lapse in quality control from IKEA. Additionally, the chair feels slightly high in price for what it offers, especially given that minor flaw.
Despite these points, the chair remains sturdy, stylish, and pleasant to sit in. It’s a solid choice if you value comfort and design, though a bit more attention to finishing details and pricing would make it excellent.

FunctionalBrianThis is an unforgiving chair. It is not plushy, it is not cosy. It is firm with just a touch of softness. But, what it offers is adjustability. I use it strictly for my work-from-home setup.
Working 40 - 50 hours a week at a computer, back pain, along with other things, is a serious concern. You cannot take it lightly.
With proper use of this chair, you can pull it right up to the table and type with your back firmly supported. You posture is taken out of the equation as the chair will do this for you. As such, it feels like almost an extension of yourself while you are seated at the desk.
I can see myself easily going 8 - 9 hours at the desk in a day (with regular short breaks of course) without sustaining any kind of short-term physical issues. Long-term though, that remains to be seen. But, that's the nature of the beast.
