The metal hook slot was already snapHerbertBrand new never used. The two metal hook slots, one was already snapped. Poor quality control.
Decent lamp shade for the priceCassidyWorks fine but the insert to inflate the lamp shade is too long so it bows in the centre meaning the lamp sits a little on a tilt when hanging from the ceiling. Other than that exactly as expected.
