Easy installation KerynI bought a house with dark over bearing curtains. Replaced the curtains with these blinds which do the job of blocking out light in addition to freeing up space. The room looks clean, neat and feels fresh.5
Decent affordable blind for a French door. MarcusUsing it on my French door which needed pretty specific sizing, this one fits perfectly for a cheap, off-the-shelf solution. I am a little concerned about longevity in the slightly clunky wand and basic fabric but time will tell.4

Functional blindVeroniqueI needed a 180-cm wide blind and this blind s my requirement. However I don’t like it as much as the previous Ikea blind I bought a few years ago, namely the Tupplur blind, which I am replacing with it.
My main issue with the current blind is that it telescopes as it gets wound back and that causes the edges to fray, whereas the Tupplur blind did not have that issue.3

FRIDANSShannonBlocks out well. Blind width is actual bracket width so atual blind width is about 50mm narrower. The pole for up/down motion needs clearance underneith for full down position if not using the full height of the blind.4

The opening mechanism is fantastic, no chance of a pet or child tangling in the old fashioned beaded mechanism. Over all satisfied with the Fridans blind for the price and make. 4

1. If the blinds don’t stay down, remove the blinds and try to press the cross side pin a few times. This will resolve the problem.
2. Should give an instruction to reverse the rolling bar. An easy way to make the bar to the left.
