Keeps cool , bad strapsNganThe only complaint about this bag is the yellow thread on the straps that gets stuck to Velcro when closing or opening the bag. I ended up cutting the yellow thread to remove it from the bag straps. The cooler bag itself is great, keeps things cold.

Much better quality than other brandsJuliaEven though these bags are a little smaller that supermarket cooler bags due to tue shape, I prefer them. They are better insulated, better quality, have Velcro instead of zips that fail. Sometimes the straps get caught in the Velcro but that's my fault. The straps and stitching are very sturdy. The fact that you can't put as much in also means it's can't get too heavy which is a good thing.
