Nice chair but lacks head/neck support VickyThe chair is definitely comfortable and nice to look at. However as the back of the chair is low it lacks proper head/neck support. We tend to slouch in the chairs and lean our heads back so that we don’t end up with neck pain. This applies to the whole range, single, 2 seater and 3 seater. Otherwise good value for money.3
Colour misrepresentation. KurtVery disappointed in the Ektorp. While the quality is acceptable for the price the colour depicted in the online photo’s is extremely misleading. The ‘Kilanda light beige’ is GREY, ikea possibly using old photos of a previous beige material used? Surely I’m not the only one who sees a ‘warmer yellow’ undertone beige in the photos?
While we did attend the showroom to put in the effort to ensure we see it in person before buying - nil on the floor and colour patches seemed to have been taken. 1

Definitely smaller AnonymousI've measured this chair against the ektorp I purchased in 2015 and the seat is 4cm shorter and 4cm narrower... It used to feel like sitting in a spacious cloud but now it just feels average. The 2 seater is much better if you have the room.3
