This meant that they did not fit the cabinet I bought them for as I expected them to. Rather inconvenient as I bought them online, and now have no use for them until I'm able to return them in store. They are otherwise nice, sturdy, attractive baskets. Note that they're relatively heavy compared to other cube storage options.2
