DO NOT BUY THIS LOUNGE!LisaIt is uncomfortable as a sofa and unbelievably uncomfortable as a bed. It is scratchy and awful to sit on. Hard and unyielding, but dented where the fake cushions are. It is uncomfortable as a sofa and unbelievably uncomfortable as a bed. I have a dog, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove the pet hair from the material.

Happy purchaseTrangWe went to the store with intension to get the L shape one but feel uncomforable with the L shape blocking the walk way, then we checked our this one with a bit doubt about the way it come to a bit (we never used this style before) somehow we found it might be ok, better fit to our home need (movie night with kids). Bought it online, deliver with assembly services ans it work amazing, the sofa is firm & soft enough for us to feel so comfortable.
Easy to assemble but too firm.ValerieThe sofa bed was easy to assemble and converts easily to a bed, but the cusions are so firm that it is uncomfortable to sit or lie on for an extended period of time. The display model was nowhere near as firm which is why we decided to purchase it.

Love this sofabed!AnneI’m a slight older woman and this took me roughly two hours to assemble. Once out of the heavy boxes the components were easy to handle. I separated out the hardware. Happy with the quality - lovely fabric. User friendly manual. This piece looks fab with the matching ottoman.
AwfulNazaninI purchased this sofa about three months ago. It started making noise after around one month. It makes a sound whenever we sit on it, and I’m not satisfied with it.
Cushions quick to seperateMitchI've had this sofa for about a year but within the first few months the stuffing of the cushions on the seating part began to separate, leaving the springs exposed which dig in horribly when seated or sleeping on it. Its a real shame, because I loved the sofa when I first got it.

However, the cushioned pieces came out very dusty and dirty when unpacked. We could vacuum off the dirt, but there were marks with thread cuts very visibly on postions right on the seats (diffcult even to cover with throws or cushions) that we could do nothing about.
