How to shop via phone or chat

1. Give us a call or start a chat

The IKEA co-worker will have the knowledge and tools to support with your purchase – like checking stock availability, or arranging your Delivery or Click and collect order.

2. Pay via payment link

After the conversation, we will email you a link for you to make a secure payment and finalise your order.
