How IKEA delivery service works

  1. Shop online or in-store. We offer the same delivery option regardless of where you choose to shop.
  2. Spend $15 or more (excluding discounts) to qualify for delivery. If your order total is below $15, delivery service will not be available to select.
  3. Book delivery. If shopping online, you'll see the available delivery options, estimated lead time and then exact prices at check-out. If shopping in-store, our co-workers will help you find the delivery type that suits you best.
  4. You’ll be notified when your order is on its way.
  5. To the door has inclusive Authority to leave, so any delivery will be left in a safe and secure location. Authority to leave is available for IN the home. If Authority to leave is not preselected, and the customer is not home, we will attempt to call the customer and gain verbal Authority to leave, otherwise the delivery will be failed.
  6. Examine packages for correctness and condition. Issues? Inform the delivery driver and/or contact us.
