Options and pricing
Collect your order at IKEA store, free for IKEA Family
- Available for all order sizes, including furniture and accessories.
- Approximate lead time: Often same day, or book up to 3 days in advance.
- You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up.
- Pick up hours depend on the location you select.
- Please have an appropriate sized vehicle to accomodate your purchase.
- Once you receive your collection notifcation, you'll have 48 hours to pick up your order.

Collect your order at IKEA pick-up lockers, free for IKEA Family
- Available at IKEA Rhodes only. Lockers are located on Level 4 and are close to the carpark entry. Locker pickup is available Monday - Sunday 3:00am - 11:59pm.
- Subject to availability, if your order doesn’t fit in a locker, we’ll contact you to arrange collection from our Click & Collect counter.
- When your order is ready, you'll get an SMS with a 6-digit code. Enter the code at the locker terminal to open your locker and collect your items.
- Once you receive your collection notification, you'll have 48 hours to pick up your order.

Collect your large order at a collection point near you
- At checkout, customers can choose a delivery date and their nearest collection point location.
- Orders will be held at your chosen location during the specified date and time window.
- If you do not collect your order within this window, you may need to rebook for another time.
- Lead time is typically up to one week.
- Specific times and days are available for collection at each location.
- Please ensure you have an appropriate sized vehicle to accommodate your purchase.

How Click and collect works
Step 1:
Add your desired items to your online shopping cart.
Step 2:
Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and select your pick up location and time.
Step 3:
Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the pick up location.
Step 4:
Follow the instructions in the email and visit to your selected pick up location. Collect your order and enjoy your purchase!
Good to know basics
- Please bring your order confirmation (email or SMS) and a valid ID.
- If you can’t place an order, try removing an out-of-stock item from your cart or order later when stock is replenished.
- Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
- Decide in advance who will collect your order. You can only list an alternate collector while placing your order.
- Make sure you bring a helping hand to load your goods if needed.
- Want an order update? If you have an order confirmation number, you can track your order.
