With IKEA Click and collect, you’re in control. Place an order online when it’s convenient and choose when and where to collect it. You’ll still make a trip, but we’ll gather your items saving you time and energy.

Click and collect options and pricing
All IKEA stores offer Click and collect, so you can decide where you’d like to collect your order. Pricing details, approximate lead time, maximum package specifications and locations are specified below.
Collect from an IKEA store
IKEA Family members
- Free for all orders*
Non-IKEA Family members. Join now, it's free!
- Flat fee of $5 for all orders
Approximate lead time: Often same day, but you can book up to 3 days in advance.
Pickup times
- Order before 9 am and pickup after 12 pm
- Order before 12 pm and pickup after 3 pm
- Order before 3 pm and pickup after 6 pm
*Excludes Perth
Click and collect lockers – IKEA Rhodes only
- Locker pickup available: Mon – Sun, between 3:00 am to 11:59 pm.
- Some size restrictions apply. If your order is too large for locker pickup, we'll contact you to arrange an in-store pickup from our Click and collect counters.
- Lockers are located on Level 4 and are close to the car park entry.
- When your order is ready, you'll receive an SMS with a 6-digit code. Simply enter this code at the locker terminal, and the locker will open automatically so you can collect your items.

- $10 flat fee for non-members
- $5 fee for IKEA Family members (no minimum spend)
Additional Information
- Orders will be held at your chosen location during the specified date and time window.
- If you do not collect your order within this window, you may need to rebook for another time.
- Lead time is typically up to one week.
- Specific times and days are available for collection at each location.
Good-to-know basics
- Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times are listed during online checkout.
- If you can’t place an order at your desired IKEA store, try another location, remove out-of-stock items from your cart or order later when stock is replenished.
- Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
- Decide in advance who will collect your order. You can only list an alternate collector while placing your order.
- Make sure you bring a helping hand to load your goods if needed.
- Want an order update? If you have an order confirmation number, you can track your order.
- You can always combine Click and collect with an in-store shop for that pillow you want to try before buying.
