What accessibility is available at IKEA stores?

All of our stores are equipped with lifts and escalators. Wheelchairs are available at the store entrance and guide dogs are welcome.

At IKEA, we believe in inclusivity for everyone who shops at our stores. 

Our stores are equipped with disabled parking and pram parking, which are located close to the entrance of the stores to guarantee ease of access into the store. To further promote our inclusivity, all our stores provide family, disabled and gender-neutral restrooms.

If you need to request a wheelchair, our stores carry limited supply. Wheelchair trolleys are also available at the store entrance. Please speak to a co-worker for assistance.

Assistance animals are welcome in IKEA stores. Please keep your support animal under control and clean up after them. Otherwise, you may be kindly asked to remove your animal from the store.
