How do I use a reward from IKEA Family online?
To use your reward, you need to be logged in with your IKEA Family account before placing your purchase.
Make sure you have logged into your IKEA Family account and have chosen the products.
If you are shopping online:
In the checkout enter your unique 16-digit reference code under the 'Discount applied' field (You can find this code on the rewards section by clicking on 'choose reward'). Alternatively, you can select the reward from the available rewards above the total order value.
If you are shopping in the IKEA APP:
In the checkout and enter your unique 16-digit reference code under the “Have a discount code?” field - You can find this code in the rewards section by clicking on "Choose reward".
If you are using a home furnishing product reward, the discount will automatically be applied to the order (once the minimum purchase amount has been reached). And if you are using a service reward, the discount will appear once the assembly service is selected.
Please note that you can only use one reward per transaction. Rewards can also be used along with other IKEA product promotions.
