How do I use a reward from IKEA Family in the store?
To use your reward, in the store, you will need to show the QR code or share the 16 digit code with a co-worker.
- Scan the QR code of the reward you want to enjoy, and it will be applied automatically.
- If you are creating an order with one our co-workers, provide your unique 16-digit reference code for the reward you want to enjoy - You can find this code on the rewards section by clicking on "choose reward".
- The reward will automatically be applied before payment.
- Share the 16-digit reference code with the co-worker. The co-worker will apply the code to the order.
Please note that you can only use one reward per transaction. Rewards can be used along with other IKEA product promotions.
