Why didn't I receive my $10 Welcome Reward?
To receive your $10 Welcome reward for joining IKEA Family, you need to allow for IKEA email communications when you create your profile.
The reward only applies to new IKEA Family members. To receive the voucher, you need to consent to IKEA email communications. if you have not opted into email communications, you will not be eligible for the reward.
The $10 Welcome reward is valid for 30 days from the registration date and can be spent in store or online. If using online, you will need to sign into your IKEA Family account.
