Why didn't I receive my $10 Welcome Reward?
To receive your $10 Welcome reward for joining IKEA Family, you need to allow for IKEA email communications when you create your profile.
The $10 Welcome Reward only applies to new IKEA Family members. To receive your voucher, you will need to consent to IKEA email communications during the registration process. if you have not opted into email communications, you will not be eligible for the reward. (Please note - The welcome voucher goes to all new IKEA Family members automatically upon registration. If you have not received your voucher, we recommend that you check your spam folder in your emails before contacting us.)
The $10 Welcome reward is valid for 30 days from the registration date and can be spent in store or online. If using online, you will need to sign into your IKEA Family account.
