  • Expert check appointments last up to 45 minutes. If you think you need more time, or would like a plan created together with an expert from the beginning, please book one of the regular planning services instead.
  • Get inspired by visiting our room inspiration pages and exploring the IKEA Kreativ app, where you can get a real, hands-on experience planning IKEA products in your own space - perfect preparation for your appointment with our experts.
Explore all IKEA Planning services. Get inspired by browsing our room inspirations and trying our free online 3D planners. Take notes on the styles, colours, products, and ideas you like. This helps the planning experts better understand your preferences.
During your planning appointment, an IKEA expert will, together with you, discuss your needs and priorities, explore different styles and finishes, and create a 3D plan and shopping list with everything you need. If you wish, the expert can also review a plan you’ve already created.
