Do you offer Vegetarian or Vegan food options?

Our menu is ever-expanding as we aim to offer food options for the many people. We recommend for you to speak with a co-worker in store if you have dietary requirements.

In the future, we are committed to increasing the quantity of plant-based products sold at IKEA to 20% of our range.
We've introduced a series of meat substitutes developed from alternative proteins, including plant based protein meat balls, veggie hotdogs and vegetable based soft serves. We will also be introducing a plant-based children’s menu globally.
The vegetarian options we have on our breakfast menu include: mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns, tomato, and veggie sausages. We also have vegetarian veggie balls and plant-based balls.
At this time, IKEA does not offer any vegan options. Although our plant-based balls are made with vegan-friendly ingredients, they are not suitable for those on a strict vegan diet as our facilities are also used to prepare non-vegan food.
Our ambition is to make healthier and more sustainable eating easy, desirable and affordable without compromising on taste and texture. Ultimately our goal is for the majority of what we sell to come from plant-based products.
