How can I pay for my phone or live chat order?
To pay for an order created via a phone call or live chat, our remote shopping team will send you an email with the order details. This email will contain a link for you to pay for your order online.
Making a purchase with our remote shopping team is a slightly different process than checking out online. Once you have finalised your order with a selling specialist, we will send you an email with your order details and a link to pay for your order.
To avoid any potential delays, please pay for your order as soon as possible after receiving the pay link. Once you pay for your order, we will send you an order confirmation email.
Pay links are valid until 11:59pm Sydney time on the day it was created.
We accept the below methods for payment via pay link:
- PayPal
- PayPal Pay in 4 (For amounts between $30 - $1999)
- Afterpay (For amounts between $30 - $3000)
- Visa Credit or Debit Card (Australia-issued)
- Mastercard Credit or Debit Card (Australia-issued)
- American Express Card (Australia-issued)
- IKEA Gift Card. You can use more than one Gift Card to pay for your purchase.
Some payment methods require the IKEA remote shopping team to support and can’t be done online. Simply reach out to the Remote Shopping team and we’ll be able to support with the below options:
- Split payments
- HUMM 90
- HUMM Loan
- Visa or Mastercard Pre-paid Gift Cards
Alternatively, you can use split payment methods by purchasing IKEA Gift Cards. Simply purchase multiple gift cards from different payment methods, and you can use them on one transaction.
