Richmond Store Services and Parking

Parking

  • 4 hours free parking with validation.
  • Validation is subject to minimum purchase of $6.50 (excl. consumables).
  • Only 1 validation per ticket.
  • If you exceed the applicable free parking period, you will need to pay to park for the full duration of your stay.
  • Information concerning the ordinary price and restrictions can be found at all entrances to the car park.

Over Height Parking

  • Undercover parking with 2.1m height restriction. Level 2 (Yellow) is best for IKEA.
  • Enter from Vickers Drive entrance to Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre and head up the ramp on the left and follow signs to level 2.
  • Limited outdoor parking with 2.3m height restriction.
  • Enter from Victoria Street carpark entrance.

EV Car Charging 

  • Electric vehicle charging stations are available for customers on the rooftop carpark.
  • Please bring your own Type 2 cable.
  • The chargers are on the Chargefox network and require RFID or app activation.
  • These chargers are visible on Plugshare. 

Click and Collect

Once you've received and SMS or email confirming your order is ready, you can collect it from our designated Click and Collect counter. We recommend collecting your items within 24 hours of receiving your notification. 

External warehouse

On some occasions, part or all of your order may be ready for collection at our external warehouse. We’ll let you know beforehand with a text message and the external warehouse address.
