Free car parking validation- 4 hours
IKEA free parking commences at time of entry. Validation is subject to minimum purchase of $6.50 (exc consumables).If you exceed the applicable free parking period, you will pay to park for the full duration of your stay (see below for full rates).
Only one (1) validation per ticket.
Over height car parking
2.1m restriction- None on level 2 for this carpark access, enter from Vickers Drive entrance to Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre and head up the ramp on the left and follow signs to level 2
EV car charging
Electric vehicle charging stations are available for customers onsite. Please bring your own Type 2 cable. The chargers are on the Chargefox network and require RFID or app activation. These chargers are visible on Plugshare.

Click and collect
Click and collect orders for IKEA Richmond can be collected in-store. To collect your order visit the Customer Service desk.
On some occasions, your order may be ready for collection at our external warehouse but we’ll let you know beforehand with a text message and the external warehouse address.
