Please contact us if you have received an item that is partially damaged or has missing parts. If you believe your product is faulty, please get in touch with us. Have your proof of purchase and photos of the damaged ready.
Unfortunately not all product parts are available for free as spare replacement pieces. We do offer discounted products and parts in our As-is department located before the checkouts in every store.
