Can I return a product by post?
If you can't come into store for your return, it is possible in select states to return small items via postage. Contact us to arrange for returns by postage.
Postage returns are available for small items. Each item needs to be under 105cm in length and width and less than 22kg.
Please contact IKEA customer service to arrange a return the item/s through your local Australia Post office.
