Parking

  • 4 Hours Free Parking.
  • Entry via Cedric Street, exit off Mitchell Freeway.
  • IKEA has not engaged the parking contractor and neither does it manage the contractor. Our managers and co-workers do not have the authority to cancel infringements. However, we are assured that genuine cases will be successful at appeal. Customers are advised to follow the instructions on the notice to appeal the infringement.
  • Information concerning the restrictions can be found at all entrances to the car park.

Over Height Parking

  • Open air parking available.
  • Undercover parking with 2.7m height restriction.

Click and Collect

When collecting your order please enter the car park and follow all signage to the Click and collect parking bays & booth. Our Click and Collect booth is located adjacent to the customer exit lifts and external car park area A.
Ensure you have received an SMS or email advising your order is ready for pick up.
