Parking

  • Free and no time limit.
  • Outdoor parking.

Over Height Parking

  • All open-air parking.
  • No restrictions.

EV car charging 

  • Electric vehicle charging stations are available for customers onsite.
  • Please bring your own Type 2 cable.
  • The chargers are on the Chargefox network and require RFID or app activation.
  • These chargers are visible on Plugshare. 

Click and collect

Click and collect is located by the secondary Exit, next to the returns and exchange area. Please have your order number and confirmation ready prior to collection. Ensure you have received an SMS or email advising your order is ready for pick up. 

Early Bird Click and collect

Available between 8 am - 10 am. Please proceed to main exit area and then call (02) 8818 4506 and be ready with your order number.

Transport Desk

Transport desk is located at counter 6 by the secondary Exit, next to the returns and exchange area. This will be for booking services and collecting full serve handout orders. Aftersales issues will be resolved at the Returns and Exchange counters
