I have not received my gift card purchased online. How do I get this resent?

If you have purchased an IKEA gift card online and have not received this to your email, please check the send date first. If you still have not received it after the send date, get in touch with us.

When you shop for an IKEA gift card on our website, you will receive your gift card via email once it has been loaded and activated. You should receive your gift card within a few minutes.
Make sure to double check the receiver email address and send date is correct on your IKEA gift card purchase. The card will be sent to the nominated receiver instantly unless the card was requested to be sent at a future date and time during the ordering process.
If you have not received your IKEA gift card, please get in touch with us so we can arrange to resend this to you.
