I have not received my gift card purchased online. How do I get this resent?

If you have purchased an IKEA gift card online and have not received this to your email, please get in touch with us.

When you shop for an IKEA gift card on our website, there is a 48-hour processing time on all online gift card purchases. Once your gift card has been loaded and activated, you will then receive it as a digital card in your email. 

The card will be acquired by the receiver unless the card was requested to be sent at a future date and time during the ordering process. Make sure to double check that the correct email address is attached to all purchases of our online gift cards.

If you have not received this, please get in touch with us so we can arrange to resend this to you.
