How can I register, save and use my payment card?

At IKEA we make it easy for you! If you are an IKEA Family member, you can register and save your payment card details directly in your profile and use it quickly, securely and conveniently for future online purchases both on the website or in our app.

The process to register and save the payment card is very simple: 
    1. Log in as a member of IKEA Family. 
    2. Add the products you want to your shopping cart.
    3. On the payment page, enter your card details (number, expiry and security code). This feature works with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
    4. Select the "Save card details" option.  
    5. After accepting the Terms and Conditions, the payment is completed and the card details are saved. The card will only be saved when the payment has been fully authenticated and successful.
To use the saved card for future purchases, you just have to select it directly on the payment page: 
    1. Log in to your IKEA Family. 
    2. Select the previously saved card (only one payment card will be saved per customer). 
    3. Enter the CVV verification code (this is not saved for security reasons). 
    4. To complete the payment, you will be asked to complete a 3D Secure authentication as with all card payments.
Please note:
    • For now, you will only be able to save one payment card in your account.
    • If the card on file has expired, it will be deleted from our database in the month before the card expires. 
    • From your IKEA Family profile you can view or delete the card, to do so go to the "Account" menu and select the "Payment Methods" tab. If you want to delete the registered card, click on the "Edit" option and select the card and confirm the action.
Rest assured, IKEA securely stores card information with tokenization technology, which means that the card number is protected and never exposed.
