What does "Received at nearest hub" mean?

When you are tracking your order, you may see this status. This means it has reached a local warehouse and will be on for delivery as soon as possible.

 

When you are tracking your order, you may see this status. Our deliveries are fulfilled from a few places and can travel long distances to reach your home. With a large volume of orders going out each day, we work with a vast network of service providers in order to get your order to your home.

The "Received at Hub" status means the order has left our main warehouse or store, and has reached a local warehouse that is closer to your address, which acts like a checkpoint. You order will then move on to being delivered to you as soon as possible.
