Why is my order split into two different deliveries?
We want you to receive your products as soon as possible. Some products may however be stocked in-store and others in warehouses, which impacts delivery.
There could be two reason that your order has been split into two or more deliveries.
Sometimes we may experience delays in the shipment of items coming into our warehouse. As we want you to receive your order as soon as possible, we may divide the order so that your unaffected products can arrive faster.
Another reason may be that when you place your order, the stock is coming from two separte locations (any of our warehouses or a stores). It would therefore not arrive at in the same delivery.
