Win a shared living room solution (valued up to $1,500) or solutions that support you to be more sustainable in the kitchen (value up to $2,500).

At IKEA, we believe frustrations in the home can be solved with good design. Our Interior Design team are looking to co-create with 20 people across Australia through our IKEA + you project.

Living in a shared home?

We want to co-create with you to develop a shared living room with a multifunctional space that reflects the personalities and meets the needs of everyone who lives in your home.

Do you aspire to live a more sustainable life at home?

We want to co-create with you to help support you live a more sustainable way of life in your kitchen. This includes home furnishing solutions that help minimize food waste and reduce water and energy consumption.

To enter, share photos of your current kitchen or living room and tell us in 50 words or less, what are your biggest frustrations and aspirations for this space?

What to expect if you are one of the 20 lucky winners: 

  • An in-home visit from an IKEA Interior designer to discuss your frustrations in the chosen area of the home and position of the prize in your home 
  • 10 winners of the shared living room prize will receive: a KLIPPAN 2-seat sofa with cover, KALLAX shelving unit 77x148cm, coffee table, storage solution, cushions, rugs & lighting up to a total amount of $1500 
  • 10 winners of the sustainable kitchen prize will receive: IKEA 365+ storage containers, HÅLLBAR waste sorting, LED lightbulbs, storage containers, saucepan inserts & sink inserts up to a total of $2500 
  • We will re-create the living room or kitchen solution in your local IKEA store  
  • Your experience will be photographed and/or filmed to be used on IKEA digital channels both online and in-store and may be used for marketing purposes.

The competition is open between 10 am AESDT Monday 2 March 2020 - 11.59 pm AESDT Sunday 15 March 2020. The winners must be available to take part in the prize/experience during Monday 30 April 2020 – Sunday 14 June 2020. Prize is not transferable/exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
