Ensure you have received an SMS or email advising your order is ready for pick up. Please collect your items within 24 hours of receiving this message where possible.

Click and collect is located in the Aftersales area of the store. Please proceed through the main exit, Click and collect pickup is located in the Aftersales area of the store at counter 10 and 11. Please have your order number and confirmation ready prior to collection.

Pick up times

• Order before 9 am and pick up after 12 pm
• Order before 12 pm and pick up after 3 pm
• Order before 3 pm and pick up after 6 pm

Early Bird Click and collect 

Between 7 am – 10 am 

Collect your order at the front of the store, near the exit. Park in the dedicated Click & Collect bay and follow the instructions on the signpost.

Wheelchair trolleys 
Wheelchair trolleys are available at the store entrance. Please speak to a co-worker for assistance.

Assistance animals 
Assistance animals are welcome in IKEA stores. Please keep your support animal under control and clean up after them. Otherwise, you may be kindly asked to remove your animal from the store.

Disability parking
Family-friendly (pram) parking and disability parking is available near the store entrance.

Electric vehicle charging stations are available for customers onsite. Please bring your own Type 2 cable. The chargers are on the Chargefox network and require RFID or app activation. There are also 2 Evie Networks fast chargers available. These chargers are visible on Plugshare.
