It works great and is very easy to put down. Also comes with self-adhesive tape that you can use to stick onto the floor to prevent the mat from moving.5

Terrible for carpeted floors, constantly liftingDylanIn deep cut pile carpet these are terrible. There are no nubs on the back, presumably so they can be used on hard floors. This means they also lift on the edges very easily, and find I'm constantly kicking my feet on the edges, which is painful AF.1
