In-home kitchen planning is here!
IKEA kitchen experts will come to your home, measure and assess your space, and handle all the planning for $199. The initial appointment may last up to four hours and requires a follow-up session (in-store or online) to finalize your design and complete your purchase. Best of all, the $199 fee is applied toward your qualifying kitchen Installation service.

The IKEA Plan & Order Point offers personalized design support to help you create your ideal living space. Whether in person or virtually, you can work one-on-one with an IKEA planner to design any area of your home. We’ll help you discover the right look and style, develop a functional layout, and have your selected products shipped directly to your home. Additionally, you can pick up qualifying IKEA-USA.com online orders for free at the Plan & Order Point. To qualify for pickup, your cart must include at least one eligible furniture item at checkout.

- Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
- We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
- Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.
Where to go
Curbside pick up:
- Exit the traffic circle into the first entrance to IKEA. Follow the signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area on the side of the building closest to I-205.
- Park in one of the numbered parking spots and check-in.
- Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.
- Please have this email ready to show the coworker your order number.
