Ingredients:

Pasta with homemade pesto

400 g (one box) BÄSTISAR dried durum wheat pasta
60 g (one package) MUNSBIT roasted and lightly salted cashew nuts
1 large pot of basil
1 garlic clove
1 1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
Salt
Pepper

Step by step

  1. Boil salted water for the pasta and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
  2.  Chop or blend the cashew nuts, basil, and garlic. Mix with the olive oil, and add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.

 

Tip!

Try substituting basil with arugula, spinach, or carrot tops for new, delicious flavor combos.
