3 quick and easy recipes using IKEA meatballs and veggie balls!

Meatball sub
Ingredients:
Serves: 2 | Time: 10 min
- 1 bag of meatballs thawed overnight in refrigerator
- 1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
- 4 mozzarella cheese slices
- 2 hoagie rolls
- Italian seasoning
Step by step:
- Add 1 cup marinara to microwave safe bowl
- Add Italian seasoning
- Stir
- Add 8-10 meatballs
- Heat in microwave
- Layer cheese onto split hoagie roll
- Add meatballs to roll
- Heat in microwave for 30 seconds to melt cheese
- Serve remaining marinara on side for dipping
Meatball Tacos
Ingredients:
Serves: 2 | Time: 10 min
- 1 bag of meatballs thawed overnight in refrigerator
- Taco seasoning
- Taco fixings (lettuce, salsa, avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese, beans or whatever you like!)
- 4 Taco shells
Step by step:
- Portion out two servings of meatballs
- Slice all meatballs in half
- Add Meatballs and taco seasoning to a microwave safe bowl and stir
- Heat meatballs with taco seasoning according to package directions
- Plate in taco shells with fixings to your preference
Veggie Ball Wrap
Ingredients:
Serves: 2 | Time: 10 min
- 1 bag veggie balls thawed overnight in refrigerator
- 1 jar pickled ginger
- Avocado
- Thin flat bread or wrap of your choice
Step by step:
- Dice pickled ginger
- Slice avocado
- Arrange avocado in wrap with veggie balls
- Sprinkle ginger over avocado and veggie balls
- Serve hot or cold
