If you’re a side sleeper use the higher part of this ergonomic pillow and if you’re a back sleeper use the lower part. If you change positions often, turn it around and decide which side suits you best.

Not too hard, not too soft. This ergonomic pillow has a layer of soft foam and a layer of denser foam to give your head and neck snug comfort with just the right support.

The memory foam top layer molds to the contours of the body and relieves pressure at head, neck and shoulders. It provides good comfort regardless of the temperature in your room.

Choose this ergonomic pillow if you are a back or side sleeper.

The soft fabric cover breathes and wicks away moisture.

The cover is easy to remove and machine-wash at 140°F (60°C). This keeps your pillow nice and fresh, and wards off unwanted dust mites.

Unusually bad personal experienceLauraI've been using this pillow for about 2 weeks now after switching over from a cotton filler pillow. I had used an ergonomic one at a relative's house for a while and wanted to switch the one at home. Since using it, my sleep quality has gone steadily downhill but I thought it was due to completely changing out my frame/mattress/topper and I was unused to it. After about a week I was waking up multiple times a night, and last night I was unable to sleep at all as I experienced muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders as well as pressure pain around my head. Switching back to the cotton filler pillow brought a little relief and I've already scheduled physical therapy. Based on the many positive reviews it seems this pillow is a fit for some people, but after doing research I've found that ergonomic pillows have many heights and you'll need to find the right size for you. If you use this pillow and feel you aren't sleeping well, please switch to a different pillow with a better fit asap.1

Best Sleep EVER!!!KimI get ‘kinks’ in my neck nightly, which often leads to a headache. I have seen these types of pillows but they looked uncomfortable in comparison to my down pillows. Perfect pillowKarenI have been dealing with neck pain for weeks. I tried different pillows, but I still had pain. I decided to buy an ergonomic pillow that would fit my neck. When I saw this pillow in the showroom, I knew it would help me. The pillow has curves on both sides. The taller side is for back sleepers, and the shorter side is for side sleepers. I find that the shorter side works perfectly for me.5

How to care for your ergonomic pillow

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your ergonomic pillow and keep it fresh. It is important that you do not wash the foam, as this will affect the pillow's quality and function. However, you can always wash the outer pillow cover. Remove the cover from the foam and machine wash at max. 104°F, regular cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, max. 140°F.
