If you’re a side sleeper use the higher part of this ergonomic pillow and if you’re a back sleeper use the lower part. If you change positions often, turn it around and decide which side suits you best.

Not too hard, not too soft. This ergonomic pillow has a layer of soft foam and a layer of denser foam to give your head and neck snug comfort with just the right support.

The memory foam top layer molds to the contours of the body and relieves pressure at head, neck and shoulders. It provides good comfort regardless of the temperature in your room.

Choose this ergonomic pillow if you are a back or side sleeper.

The soft fabric cover breathes and wicks away moisture.

The cover is easy to remove and machine-wash at 140°F (60°C). This keeps your pillow nice and fresh, and wards off unwanted dust mites.

Sleeping on a rockNANCY G.I have an old neck pillow from IKEA that is worn out so I tried this. I'm 5'5" and 135 lbs. By 3 a.m., felt like I was sleeping on the night stand. It's so hard and too high for a small framed person. My husband will try it tonight instead. My neck hurt and I had a headache. It doesn't sink in as memory foam should do. Ouch!! Best headache relief ever!MarciI bought this to replace an older version of the pillow that was recommended for side sleepers. I came across the original after researching how not to need 80 ibuprofen a day due to frequent headaches, the original was a miracle as is this one. For the past few years I’ve been virtually headache free. Note though it does take a bit to get used to especially if you’re accustomed to those marshmallow, soft pillows.5
