The design is stunning — it has the refined look of an English arm chair and easily complements a range of interior styles, from classic to coastal. It honestly looks much more high-end than the price tag suggests. Assembly was a breeze, and the quality is outstanding. The slipcover is very well-constructed, easy to put on, and best of all, machine washable — a huge plus for a house with pets. It's important to note that the slipcovers for both the chair and ottoman are sold separately, but I actually appreciate this because it allows for customization and the option to switch up the look over time. There are several color choices available, which is a nice touch. Comfort-wise, the chair is fantastic — supportive yet cozy, perfect for curling up with a book or relaxing at the end of the day.
